When traversing the state of Maine, as real estate agents often do, its hard to get anywhere without driving through at least a small part of Windham. Bordering 7 other towns and encompassing over 50 square miles, the town of Windham has become quite the hub of activity. Whether you're looking to spend some time on the lake, going out to dinner, or doing some shopping, we suggest spending some time exploring all Windham has to offer.
Most wouldn't think of Windham when you think of live music and a lively nightlife scene. Well, those people haven't been to Erik's Church. Their live music schedule can rival any downtown Portland bar any day of the week. Looking at their upcoming lineup, there is something for everyone. Trivia night and Ballroom dancing lessons included. Oh, and their menu is pretty darn stellar too!
Sebago To The Sea Trail, Section 4
The vision was to connect Sebago Lake to Casco Bay by a series of trails through multiple towns and cities. Following the Presumpscot River much of the way. The coalition has worked tirelessly to create this beautiful trail for all to enjoy and benefit from.
My Sister's Garage
While there are many local home decor stores around, I guarantee none are as carefully and beautifully curated as this one. The owners, sisters Jennifer and Sarah Tringali, don't just have regular customers, they have an entire FANBASE! I came across them because so many of my social media friends kept "checking in" at this store. With over 19,000 followers, chances are pretty good you know someone who will sing their praises too. While the shop is currently taking a winter break, mark your calendars for March when they reopen!
