About Kim Williams

My work in real estate centers on operations, marketing, and property presentation. I support agents and clients through listing preparation, transaction coordination, compliance, and contract-to-close support, with an emphasis on organization, accuracy, and thoughtful marketing.

I’m a licensed Maine real estate broker and earned my broker license in 2017. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies from the University of Southern Maine, with additional study in photography abroad and coursework through the Maine College of Art. My background in communications, design, and photography informs how I approach listing marketing, visual presentation, and property positioning.

Before returning to Maine, I worked in home staging and interior design in the East Bay of San Francisco, which shaped how I think about space, layout, and how a home presents itself to buyers. That experience continues to influence how I support listing preparation and marketing from the outset.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling out west with my camper van and my dog, Quinnie, distance running, yoga, and hiking.
