About Kesley MacMillan

I grew up on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where I spent my summers working in the hospitality industry at luxury restaurants and inns, learning early on the importance of exceptional customer service.

I spent 20 years as a Physical Therapist Assistant, working in a variety of healthcare settings including skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, home care, and schools. Through this work, I learned that trust, compassion, and strong relationships are essential—values I carry into my real estate practice.

With a passion for real estate, I earned my real estate license in 2021 and work with clients throughout the Greater Portland area. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of life’s most important decisions, and I’m committed to providing a seamless, informed experience through attentive service, strong negotiation, and up-to-date market knowledge.

I love Maine and its outdoor beauty. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and our three teenage children—often walking our goldendoodle on the beach or tending to our gardens, bees, and chickens.
