About Hillary Wheeler

I have called Southern Maine home for my entire life, with deep roots in the Kennebunk area and a firsthand understanding of the communities, homes, and lifestyle that make this part of Maine so special.

Married to a local custom home builder, I have spent years immersed in the world of homes, construction, design, and real estate. I bring 12 years of experience in material estimating, giving me a practical understanding of construction and the details that go into a home—perspective I carry with me when helping clients buy or sell.

I am also the proud owner of Hosted by Hillary, a successful boutique short-term rental hosting business serving properties throughout the Kennebunk area. Managing homes and caring for both property owners and guests has strengthened what comes naturally to me: exceptional attention to detail, clear communication, and an unwavering commitment to the people who trust me with their homes.

Known for being highly responsive, organized and genuinely invested in my clients, I approach real estate the same way I approach my hosting business: the details matter, communication matters, and clients should always feel that someone is firmly in their corner.

With strong local connections, a love of homes and design, and an intimate understanding of the Southern Maine market, I am excited to bring my experience and client-first approach to the Tomazin Goff team!

In my down time, I enjoy running, gardening, working on our investment properties, and going out on our skiff that my husband built!
